Madame Sum

Three graduates of the Lausanne School of Hotel Management (EHL), Yves Jäger, Arnaud Verschueren and Tobia Tagliacozzo are launching Madame Sum in spring 2019. Their dim sum delivery service brings home the homemade, frozen dumplings in a wide range of variations in the cities of Zurich and Lausanne. If desired, they can also be picked up directly from the studio in Herrliberg ZH. The team employs a total of nine people from six nations.
